Leadership Action Plan
The purpose of this service is to help executives produce greater results more consistently through their teams.
In this program executives will systematically clarify their visions for their organizations, identify their barriers, and create an effective action plan for communicating and implementing their visions.
The process is customized to your needs, but generally includes about ten two-hour sessions over five to seven weeks.
- Together we explore your organization’s needs, challenges, and barriers to success.
- We discuss all of your possible goals and you choose the top five or six you want as your central focus.
- Then we develop an action plan that will get your team behind you and that will deliver the results you seek.
Action Plan Facilitation
Once you have your Leadership Action Plan we can help you carry out some of the phases. Often, having someone outside your organization lead or facilitate parts of the implementation boosts credibility. I may have some skills that will help you achieve your desired results.
